Booking terms

The short version: a request isn’t a booking until we confirm it, and consent forms are signed before any service.

Terms

  1. Requests. Sending a request through this website or WhatsApp does not book a slot. Your booking is made when we confirm the date, time and price with you.
  2. Consent forms. Once your booking is confirmed, we send the consent forms that apply. They must be signed and returned before the start of any service.
  3. Age. Our services are for dogs aged 3 months and up.
  4. Grooming prices. Full groom J$7,000, partial groom J$5,000, per groom. A matting fee of J$1,000–J$5,000 applies if excessive matting is present.
  5. Country grooming trips. A J$3,000 flat transportation fee applies within the parish, on top of the groom.
  6. Other services. Boarding, daycare, training, walking, dog taxi, export help and add-on care are quoted before you book.
  7. Currency. All prices are in Jamaican dollars (J$) and are confirmed with you before your booking is confirmed.
  8. Veterinary care. We are not a veterinary clinic. For illness or injury, see your vet.
