Dog grooming in Portmore & at your door
A full groom is J$7,000 and a partial groom is J$5,000. Every groom includes the bath and blow-dry, nails, ears, teeth, deshedding and a coconut oil finish; the full groom adds the haircut and styling. All breeds, from 3 months up.
Full or partial?
Full groom when your dog needs a proper haircut and styling. Partial groom when the coat is fine and it’s time for a bath, a tidy of the face, paws and sanitary area, and the rest of the care.

Nervous dogs welcome
We don’t rush to restraint. Every dog is different, so we move at their pace and do our best to keep the groom calm and comfortable, whether that’s a dog who only likes his owner, a big energetic breed that’s hard to bath at home, or Chance, who can’t see and handled his groom like a champ.

Where we groom
- At your door. Mobile grooming: we come to you with everything needed, in Greater Portmore, Kingston and St. Andrew.
- In your parish. Further out, book a slot on the country grooming trip: J$3,000 flat transportation fee within the parish. Tour dates
- Big dogs too. Can’t manage to bath your energetic large breed? Call us.

Grooming questions
What’s the difference between a full groom and a partial groom?
Both include a bath and blow-dry, nail trim, ear cleaning, teeth brushing, deshedding, a face, paw and sanitary trim, a coconut oil finishing touch and cologne, with anal gland expression if needed. The full groom (J$7,000) adds a full haircut and styling. The partial groom (J$5,000) has no full body haircut.
Is there an extra charge for a matted coat?
Yes. A matting fee of J$1,000–J$5,000 applies if excessive matting is present.
My dog is nervous, or doesn’t like strangers. Can you still groom him?
Yes. We don’t rush to restraint. Every dog is different, and we move at their pace to keep the groom as calm and comfortable as possible. We welcome dogs of all sizes and temperaments, and we’ve groomed dogs who can’t see. Tell us about your dog when you book.
Are you a vet?
No. Canine Clips & Coaching is a grooming, training and care business. We offer add-on care like deworming, Heartgard heartworm prevention, NexGard flea and tick prevention and wound cleaning, but for illness or injury see your vet. Our dog taxi can take your dog there.
